Skills required & Responsibility:
Provides leadership in managing and rolling out marketing program. Design, develop, and implement new training and business development programs. Review training materials from a variety of vendors and choose appropriate materials. Responsible for developing and managing the business development strategies and functional activities associated with supporting corporate management and store associates. Should know how to use marketing application computer software as utilized in related market analyses and knowledge of the International Trade and Business Intelligence Tools. Design quantitative evaluation tools for suppliers’ availability, stability and reliability of manufacturing, prototype, and financial capability. Deliver training to employees using a variety of instructional techniques. Select and assign instructors or vendors to conduct training. Perform administrative tasks such as monitoring costs, setting up systems and equipment, and coordinating enrollment. Promotes the organization in a positive manner and sets the example for organizational standards for excellence.
